Terms and Conditions

Once you agree to proceed with any quote we supply you, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

  1. All quotes generated are based on the information you have provided us. We will not be responsible for incorrectly quoting if you have not supplied all the relevant information.

  2. We comply fully with the UK law and we do not serve or allowing others to purchase Alcohol for under people under 18 years of age. Our stall will require ID where they feel someone could be under 25 years old. 

  3. We will not refund or discount the prices for events where people are refused service for not producing, when requested valid ID.

  4. Any guests declared to be intoxicated will be refused service. No refunds or discounts will be applied for refusal of service on this reason.

  5. The full outstanding balance of your hire needs to be paid in full within 31 days of your event date. 

  6. Failure to pay your outstanding balance in time will result in your booking being forfeited and any monies paid will be refunded less the cancelation fee as set our in our cancellation policy. 

  7. All of our bars require a power source, Failure to not declare the lack off a power source and hire a generator from us will result in your booking being unable to go ahead. As this will be a cancellation on the day, no refund will be given. 

  8. Our staff are to be treated with respect and will not tolerate any abuse from anyone. We will ask you to manage your guests and remove any abusive guests. Failure to provide a safe environment for our staff will result in the immediate cancelation of your booking and no refund will be given. We will take full action with the law for any abuse our team suffer while providing you our service. 

  9. You agree to us holding your Data on our secure website. We comply with GDPR and only out staff have access to this for providing quotes and bookings. Your data will be deleted upon request in writing. 

  10. We will not share your information with anyone outside our company for any reason unless required to by law.

  11. You agree that any allergen information will be supplied to us in the initial quote request. We will not be held responsible for being unable to cater for any allergens (outside of normal operating practices) that we have not been made aware of. 

  12. In the event that a product you have requested becomes unavailable for your event, we will contact you to see what product you would like instead. IF we can not make contact with you to get your preferred substitute we will bring one of the same ones you have already ordered. If this is cheaper you will be refunded the difference (when the hirer pays in advance for stock) if this costs more, we will cover the difference. ​

  13. At no time does making a booking mean you are purchasing the bar, equipment or anything associated with the bar or our business. You are making a hire agreement and purchasing stock. 

  14. Any self manned hires require a refundable deposit to secure against the goods left. (not all of our bars are available for this option)

  15. We require suitable space to set up the Bar and area. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient space. In the event we can not set up and we can not provide the service, your booking will be cancelled with no refund given. 

  16. Unless agreed in the initial quote and you request us to provide it, we shall not have the required licence to provide this event. IT is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure there is a licence in place to enable to sale/distribution of alcohol. 

  17. Our team will ask to see proof of this on arrival (unless you have requested we arrange the licencing) and failure to provide a licence covering the activities our team will not set up the bar and your booking will be cancelled with no refund given. 

  18. If you have opted for us to arrange the TEN for your event, there will be no refund for this fee even if the TEN is rejected. When you select this option we will file the application in our name for your event. 

  19. In the event any licence to cover the event is revoked for any reason (other than fault of us) the standard cancellation policy will apply.

  20. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a booking, you will receive a full refund on all charges except non-refundable charges, these will be refunded at 50% of the cost.

Cancellation Policy 

  1. All bookings cancelled with 7 or less days of the event start date will be charged at 50%. We will refund you the remaining monies owed to you withing 14 days. 

  2. All bookings cancelled between 8-14 days of your event date will be charged at 25% of the fee. Any monies owed to you will be refunded within 14 days. 

  3. All bookings cancelled between 14-31days of your event will be liable to 10% charge. We will refund you the difference within 14 days. 

  4. All bookings not paid in full before 31 days of the event will be cancelled. You will not be refunded your deposit, if you have paid more then the required deposit this will be refunded to you within 14 days. 

  5. No refunds will be given for any event that is cancelled after we have started the journey to your event or for any bookings cancelled where we have arrived and can not provide the service for any reason that it not our fault. 

  6. If your TEN is rejected and the booking needs to be cancelled we will refund your deposit (excluding the £50 fee for arranging the application for the TEN) only if this is cancelled/rejected withing 7 days of filling the TEN. After this time our usual fees as set above are charged.

No booking will be confirmed and no quotes will be provided unless you have selected you have read and accepted these terms and conditions, including our cancellation policy.
